Not only have I  trained as a Fantastic Hairdresser Business Coach – I have been involved in the day to day business of our family salon business for over 7 years. I understand hairdressers and salon owners incredibly well. 

I believe in professionalism and holding myself accountable. This is why I have worked incredibly hard to become an EMCC Practitioner to support my practice.

For  Coaching to work well, the relationship between me as your coach and you is the most important thing.  It’s the “secret sauce”.

That said, qualifications and credentials are an indicator of a coach’s commitment to their own practice.
